Lobby Area

While the William E. Urschel Pavilion is an open-air shelter, the lobby area in the Indiana Beverage Activity Center is available for reservation. This area includes up to 10 square tables with four chairs at each table. Any other type of table or chairs can be rented at an additional cost through our preferred vendor. The price to rent the lobby area is $360 for 4 hours. Any additional hours are $75 per hour.
 
During the winter, when the ice rink is operating, the lobby area is not available for individual reservation. The lobby area is included with private ice rental. Please see Facility Rental for the William E. Urschel Pavilion for more information. 
 

Conference Room

The conference room inside the Indiana Beverage Activity Center is available year-round for reservation. This room seats about 12-15 people and includes a Smart-TV equipped with Apple TV, free WiFi and a private bathroom. The conference room has four rolling 5' tables with rolling office chairs. Pricing is $125 for two hour rentals. Additional hours are $75.00 each.
